At PPiP, the House system serves as a community-building feature that encourages teamwork,
school spirit, and friendly competition. It provides students with enjoyable opportunities to
connect across year groups and celebrate collective achievement.
All students and staff are assigned to one of four Houses (Blue, Yellow, Red, or Green) which they remain part of throughout their time at PPiP. House assignments are random, with siblings placed in the same House to promote family unity.

House Points
Students can earn points for their Houses in a variety of ways: through competitions, demonstrating positive behaviour, receiving in-class and out-of-class rewards, etc. Points accumulate throughout the year, culminating in celebrations and recognition for the winning House.
Student Leadership
Students from EYFS to Year 6 may be selected as House Captains, helping to encourage participation and team spirit during events. In Y6, students can also apply for the Head of House role, supporting coordination and leadership across competitions and everyday school activities.
The House system adds energy and camaraderie to our school calendar and contributes to a positive, inclusive school culture.
